2004 Valtra joins AGCO family

{readmore:Read more|link}Kone decided to sell Valtra Inc. in June 2003. The highest bid was made by the US-headquartered AGCO Corporation, the world's third biggest manufacturer and distributor of agricultural machinery.
From 5 January 2004, Valtra has been a part of the AGCO Corporation. For the first time in Valtra's history, the company owner operates in exactly the same industry and has a full understanding of the business activities and needs of Valtra.
